Order procedure

You can order products on the Pure Baby Love website. They will be added to your shopping cart. If all the products are in your shopping cart, you can complete your order.

The order procedure will give you the opportunity to deliver your order at a deviating address, for example if you want to send someone a nice baby wrap as a present.

As soon as you have completed the order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

We will make sure your parcel will be wrapped and sent as soon as possible. 

As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you will receive another e-mail, if possible we will add a Track and Trace number allowing you to follow your order.

An order consisting of one single Jumpsuit will be delivered in your mailbox.


Payment

We offer various payment methods, such as IDeal, Credit Card (3,5% surcharge), Sofort and Bancontact/Mister Cash. Payments through Ideal, Credit Card, Sofort and Bancontact/Mister Cash are processed through Mollie. All payment methods are safe and user-friendly.

All methods are easy and safe to use.


After receiving your payment Pure Baby Love will sent over your order as soon as possible.


Delivery time

Upon receipt of your order and payment Pure Baby Love aims to deliver your order as soon as possible. Inside the Netherlands delivery time will be 1-3 working days. You will get a Track and Trace code, allowing you to follow your parcel.

Delivery takes place according to the conditions of PostNL. If you are not at home, the postman will leave a message, allowing you to change your delivery day. If you don’t change it, the postman will offer the parcel again next day. If the postman still doesn’t succeed to deliver the parcel (possibly at the neighbours), it will be deposited at the nearest collection point, where you can collect it next day (within 3 weeks).

Delivery outside the Netherlands will take a bit longer, depending on the country. Of course we will use the fastest available shipping method and if possible add a Track and Trace code allowing you to follow your parcel. Inside Europe parcels are usually sent through PostNL or DPD, outside Europe DHL or UPS is used.

Attention: With regard to shipments outside the EU, we also depend on customs clearance. Sometimes it might cause delay. Of course we will do our utmost, with proper documents, to deliver your order as soon as possible.


Shipping costs


Inside the Netherlands:
Orders from €50,- within the Netherlands and €68,- within Europe are shipped free of charge through parcel post by PostNL.

In general
Pure Baby Love is never liable for loss, theft or damage of the parcel.

Foreign orders;
Orders that have to be shipped to a non-EU country have another, higher shipping rate. It depends on the country (zone) the parcel has to be shipped to. During the order procedure the shipping costs of the concerning country will be shown.

As we pay shipping costs inside the Netherlands, we will partially pay them for foreign shipments.

We will add customs forms that are required in some countries. Possible customs fees are at customer’s account.

Not all countries have been included in our shop, due to deviating rates. Of course we will ship worldwide. If you can’t find your country in our webshop, please send an e-mail to info@purebabylove.com.

Pure Baby Love aims to offer its customers high-quality, ergonomic and safe baby products. 

Pure Baby Love is never liable for improper use of baby wraps, not following up wearing instructions, failure to comply with the safety instructions, using a defective baby wrap or other things that endanger the baby’s safety or health.
