Ordering

In the Pure Baby Love webshop, you are able to order the selected articles. The articles selected are placed in the shopping basket. Once you have finished your shopping on our website, you can finalize the shopping basket by walking through the ordering process.

It is possible to have your product(s) delivered at a different address than the bill to address. This might be for your own convenience or will be very usefull when you buy one of our beautifull products as a gift for one of your loved ones. All items bought , will be packed in a nice gift wrap.

After finishing your order you will receive an order and payment confirmation via e-mail.

We will take care of wrapping your order and sending it to the required address as soon as possible.

Once we have sent your parcel, you also will receive a notification including a track and trace code (not for all countries), to track your parcel.

An order of one single Jumpsuit will fit in your mailbox. You won't receive a track and trace code. 


Purchase

Paying your ordered products safe? It can be done via IDEAL, Credit Card (surcharge 3,5%), Pay Pal (surcharge 3,5%), Sofort and Bancontact/Mister Cash. Paying with Credit Card, Sofort or Bancontact/Mister Cash will be processed via Mollie payment.


All methods are easy and safe to use.

After receiving your payment Pure Baby Love will sent over your order as soon as possible.


Supply

Pure Baby Love will try to get your order delivered at your home address as soon as possible


Whitin the Netherlands delivery will take 1-3 working day's. Internationally it can take some more time. In the orderconfirmation will be a track and trace code which enables you to follow the parcel.

Delivering your parcel will be done by the conditions of the forwarder.

Delivery within the Netherlands according the conditions set by PostNL.
If you are not at home the first time, a note will be dropped in your mailbox. This not states a code which you can use to change the deliverydate. When the delivery date isn't changed the parcel will be delivered the next day.

If you are not able to receive the parcel the second time, it will be tried to deliver at your neighbours address. In case there is no neighbour available you can pick up the parcel at the nearest pick up point the next day. You need to pick up the parcel within 3 weeks.

For orders outside the Netherlands the delivery time is a bit longer. This depends on te country from which you have ordered. We have selected the fastest and safest shipping method available. If possible we will send you a track and trace code so you can track your package. Shipments within Europe will be shipped with PostNL, shipments outside Europe will be shipped with UPS. 

Note: For shipments abroad we also have to take into account custom procedures. In some cases this might cause a delay. Of course we will arrange all documents needed to ship your package as soon as possible. 
If import duties apply, those (additional) costs are on behalf of the receiving party.


Shipping

Orders within The Netherlands:

Orders of €50,- and higher within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany will be shipped for free via PostNL parcelservice

You can insure your parcel (up to €500,-). Insurance costs are at the buyers expence. In case of insurance the shipping costs will become €2,-. 

In general;
Pure Baby Love cannot held liable for any loss, theft or damages of the parcel.
When you choose to insure your parcel, this will will be covered by PostNL.

Foreign orders;

All foreign orders will have a different and/or higher tariff. The tariff depends on the country (zone) where the order is shipped to. During the ordering process the cost for the particular country will pop up. For some destinations a weightsurcharge is calculated.

Since Pure Baby Love is taking the expenses of shipping the product inside The Netherlands, we think it is fair to take the same amount on all foreign shipments to our expence as well. This amount is calculated in the shipping fee already.

For some countries custom documents are mandatory, we will add these papers where needed, in case of any custom fee's are calculated, those costs will be on behalf of the buyer.

In general;
Pure Baby Love cannot held liable for any loss, theft or damages of the parcel.
When you choose to insure your parcel, this will will be covered by PostNL.


Returns

Having satisfied and happy customers is one of the key priorities of Pure Baby Love by supplying highly qualitative products. Altough all our efforts, it can be something does not suit your requirements 100% and you would like to return your order.


This is allowed within 14 days after receiving your order, returning is only allowed when you meet these criteria;

Swaps in NL;

Within 14 day's after receiving the order, you let us know via e-mail. In the e-mail is stated you would like to swap 1 or more articles, please note what article(s) will be sent back to us and what article you would like to receive in return. Please add your ordernumber in the e-mail.

You will sent back the product unwashed, unused, not damaged, in the origional packaging to us. We need to receive your return parcel back within 14 days after you have stated your complaint / return.

When we received your request to swap, we will send you an email with a link to return the parcel. The shipment fee are at the senders expense. 

Please keep the return receipt untill you have received a delivery confirmation back from us. Pure Baby Love is not liable for any loss, theft or damages to the product     

In case of switching to a more expensive article, you will receive an invoice for the difference of the more expensive article. In case of switching to a less expensive article we will recalculate the price difference. You will receive a voucher which you can spend in our webshop. 

Of course Pure Baby Love will take full responsibility when the mistake is made by us. For example by sending a wrong article. Pure Baby Love will judge each and every case by it's own and will come back with a decision.

Swaps from outside NL;

Within 14 day's after receiving the order, you let us know via e-mail. In the e-mail is stated you would like to swap 1 or more articles, please note what article(s) will be sent back to us and what article you would like to receive in return. Please add your ordernumber in the e-mail.

You will sent back the product unwashed, unused, not damaged, in the origional packaging to us. We need to receive your return parcel back within 14 days after you have stated your complaint / return.

Please sent the parcel back to the address mentioned on the box label. The costs for returning the parcel are at the senders expense.

Please keep the return receipt untill you have received a delivery confirmation back from us. Pure Baby Love is not liable for any loss, theft or damages to the product

Returns from outside NL;

Warranty;

On all our products the legal warranty applies. You may expect all our products last when used on a regular base, not commercial and when the washing prescriptions are followed.

Pure Baby Love cannot be held responsible for improper use, not following the safety instructions and the carrying instructions, the use of a damaged baby wrap or other issue's which will harm or endangers the health of the baby/toddler.

Using a Pure Baby Love baby wrap is fully at your own risk and responsibility.
